I look for what sits beneath the surface, the tension, the ambition, the emotion that makes a brand matter. Then I translate that understanding into work that earns attention, sparks conversation, and drives growth.

As a former Division I athlete turned agency lead, I bring both vision and follow through. I think expansively and execute with discipline. I am equal parts strategic and operational, balancing bold thinking with the grit to make it real. I have led cross functional teams, managed complex scopes and budgets, and partnered directly with founders and executives to unlock momentum.
